14 Days Returns

We accept returns and can provide a refund on full priced items, if all the below conditions are met:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unused, unwashed and boxed with same packaging to avoid breakages in transit. 

  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return delivery costs for a faulty, or incorrectly supplied item will be the responsibility of Cisco & the Sun. If your item(s) arrive broken or faulty please email us a photo of the faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that as Cisco & the Sun ceramics are handmade, slight variances may exist within each item, giving uniqueness to glaze, size, texture and weight. These variations add depth and beauty to the ceramic craft, signifying their spirit and dissimilarity to the mass produced.

  • We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Cisco & the Sun is not responsible for returns that are not received.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind.

Once Cisco & the Sun receives your return

  • Please follow your return tracking details to monitor your return delivery to Cisco & the Sun.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of your return being received.

  • Refunds can take 5-7 business days to securely transfer, once the return has been processed. 

  • You will receive a courtesy email update from Cisco & the Sun as soon as your refund has been initiated.
